Can it get any better?
Last Saturday was the third annual Oz Kids Bike and Book Fest put on by the Bentonville library and Ozark Outdoor Foundation. It was a morning full of face painting, free book giveaways, bike decorating, popsicle eating, band playing, a bicycle safety course put on by the Bentonville Police Dept., bubbles, balloon animals, bouncy houses, all ending in a bike parade around the library.
